The location of the hotel is amazing, right opposite the casino and close to all the shops. the room was clean and spacious, with a fully fitted kitchen and a utility room with a washing machine and iron. the view from the enclosed balcony was fantastic, overlooking the old town and the beach. the pool was clean and refreshing, although there were no sunbeds or chairs available. the WiFi was excellent and the air conditioning, once figured out, worked perfectly.

One negative aspect was the small non-smart TV in the room, which could be a bit disappointing for those wanting to relax and watch some shows or movies.

Nice and perfect location just next door to the casino, and Benidorm at midnight, and the room was spacious. We enjoyed to be there, they offer iron and ironing board, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a dining area.

What an amazing stay we had at Acintur 11-A! The location was absolutely perfect, right near the beach and a supermarket. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the large enclosed balcony with a stunning view. The pool was also a great addition. We felt safe and secure with the key system and the frequent lifts. The WiFi worked perfectly, and the central AC was a lifesaver. The supply of linen and towels was generous, and we appreciated the cleaning essentials provided. we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this place.

This place has a marvellous location, not far from all the shops and the casino, right in the middle of the city.

Stayed at this great apartment for a week. Very spacious with an extra large enclosed balcony offering stunning views of the beach and old town. Fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, and iron with iron board provided. Pool was clean and refreshing. Excellent location near a supermarket. The apartment had wifi and aircon. Safe and secure with multiple keys required. Lovely Spanish families, no noisy groups.

I felt safe with the multiple layers of security, including keys for the gate, building, and apartment. the lifts were also convenient and frequent.

It was a great experience and I would definitely come back. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all.

The property has free WiFi and parking, which is great because who doesn't love free stuff? The swimming pool and sea view were amazing. The nearest airport being Alicante–Elche Miguel Hernández was convenient, I guess.

Oh, and let's not forget about the delightful experience of dealing with the check-in process at midnight followed by a lovely 20-minute walk to pick up the keys. Just what I wanted after a long journey!
